When making their room reservations, the first night's room and tax will be charged immediately (as a deposit). Should you need to cancel your individual reservation, you will need to do so at least 48 hours prior to their arrival date in order to receive a refund on the deposit.
I also attached a copy of our shuttle schedule. Airport Shuttle Reservations are required. If the times on our own shuttle does not work for certain guests, they may also conveniently utilize the Westcliff Airport Express bus, which picks-up and drops off in our East Parking lot and the Airport. The current cost for this bus is $2.00 per way and their Weekday and Weekend bus schedule is also attached for your review.
